Venty Creator Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Venty Creator Program. By submitting an application and participating in this

program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Program Overview

The Venty Creator Program is a paid content creation program designed to identify creators who

can produce authentic, engaging content featuring Venty products.

All creators begin with a Trial Project, which consists of one (1) original Instagram Reel that is

at least 30 seconds long. Upon successful completion and approval of the campaign, creators will

receive $150 USD.

Creators whose content performs well may be invited to additional paid campaigns, including:

• $500 USD for three (3) videos

• $1,000 USD for five (5) videos

Participation in future campaigns is by invitation only and is based on content quality,

engagement, campaign performance, and Venty's business needs. Completing the Trial Project

does not guarantee future opportunities.

Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, have a public Instagram account, and provide

accurate and complete information during the application process.

Venty reserves the right to approve or decline any application for any reason.

Campaign Requirements

If selected, you agree to:

• Create one (1) original Instagram Reel that is at least 30 seconds long.

• Follow the creative brief and campaign instructions provided by Venty.

• Publish the content on your Instagram account.

• Tag @VentyFan in your post.

• Add Venty as an Instagram collaborator or provide the permissions necessary for Venty to

run the content as a paid advertisement.

• Keep the content live on your Instagram account for a minimum of six (6) months unless

otherwise approved in writing by Venty.Payment

Payment will be issued after all campaign requirements have been completed, the content has

been published as instructed, and Venty has confirmed that all required permissions have been

granted.

Payments will be sent using the payment method provided in your application.

Product

Creators who do not currently own a Venty Fan may, at Venty's discretion, receive a product for

the campaign or purchase one and receive reimbursement after successfully completing all

campaign requirements.

Product availability and fulfillment are determined solely by Venty.

Future Opportunities

Additional campaigns are offered by invitation only. Selection is based on factors including

content quality, creativity, engagement, campaign performance, professionalism, and brand fit.

FTC Compliance

Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and endorsement laws,

including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. Sponsored content must include

appropriate disclosures where required.

Independent Contractor

Participation in the Venty Creator Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint

venture, or agency relationship with Venty. Creators are independent contractors and are solely

responsible for any applicable taxes and reporting obligations.

Program Changes

Venty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Creator Program or these Terms

& Conditions at any time without prior notice.
